Unauthorized payment claim denied

MAMU <removed> Was on the account. I’ve never heard of them and I certainly didn’t buy anything from them and all PayPal could do is tell me that it was authorized. I have seen on some blogs that there is supposed to be an appeal button somewhere in the resolution area but it’s not on mine. How do I dispute the claim. It’s a lot of money. Too much to not be worried about.
