Refund

The seller says PP is holding his funds and won’t issue a refund to me. The facts are: I realized I bought the wrong item twice. I canceled 1 and seller issued a refund. Case closed. I canceled the 2nd item now it’s stuck with PP holding my funds. No items left the seller. The seller is cooperative. What to do? Much appreciate some help…

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! Sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing a refund. I can certainly understand how concerning this issue would be. Here is a Help Center Article that goes over a refund status : How do I view my refund status. You may see the refund show as Pending or Temporary Hold/ Held. This refund status means your refund has been issued, but the bank is still processing it or your refund was issued before the original payment cleared from your bank. However if the payment only shows completed and no refund is reflecting I advise to contact our Customer Support Team directly to look into options to potentially dispute the transaction for a refund. You can find our Customer Service options at the bottom of the PayPal site by selecting "Contact".
