Refund

So I made a purchase on June 2nd and received the full amount back in 3 different refunds and all of them said they were issued to my balance. I know this automatically goes into my bank account and can take up to 30 days, but it’s been over 30 days now and I haven’t received my refund in my bank account yet. I also can’t issue a correct dispute with the seller. When i’ve tried it only gives me the option to report it as unknown activity because the refund status is completed. Has this happened to anyone? It was $116 and I’d really like to get it back asap.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting on a recent refund. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to your bank to see if they may be able to locate that refund. If they are unable to locate it, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page to review the refund a bit further.
