PayPal has not resolved my dispute and my case was closed. I did not receive any emails either. What do I do from here on? And also the vendor is offering me to return a very different & fake item back to them. Do they pay for the return label?

I am sorry to hear this dispute has been closed. Please review the email notification you received, when the case was closed, for a possible reason on why we were unable to find this dispute in your favour. 

 

If you are returning an item, the buyer is liable for the return postage costs.
