I recieved an incorrect item. I ordered 6 human hair wigs and I got one wig alone that is synthetic. My dispute was denied and case closed how do I get refund.

Youhave every right to appeal the decision. You ordered x, they send you y, it's "substantially not as described", one of the more common reasons for dispute. Try chat, get to live agent and plead your case. That's the only way people here have found to communicate with PP. One person tweeted PP CEO Dan Schulman directly and got results.
