Do not close dispute, escalate for PayPal to step in and help.

 

What are some of these sellers thinking? That they won't ship and get to keep half of your money? Gtfoh.

I have been working with the seller for weeks. They offer partial refund, but do not send. I open PayPal dispute. Now they ask me to close dispute and they will send full refund. What if I close dispute and they don't redund. I cannot open dispute again with PayPal per their rules.

The company is asking me to close dispute and then they will refund. I'm afraid they won't and I will be unable to refile with PayPal

Like I said, escalate the dispute for PayPal to step in and help you:

Seller has to provide proof of delivery in order to win case. Hope they don't give PayPal some fake tracking number.
