I send $20 and $50 different PayPal accounts in using via friends and family members section for get software but he not give me my product after I open paypal case but it’s already closed how re open this case i need to report him because he scamming others money using different PayPals
@Geethika345 Sadly you lost all your buyer protection by using the friends/ family option. You sent a 'gift' of money to someone. You should have used goods/services.
