If you purchased something and you haven't received it, or it's not as described, working with the seller can be the quickest way to resolve an issue. You can locate the seller's contact information on the transaction details page.

 

If the merchant refuses to refund your money, but you feel you’re entitled to a refund, you may open a dispute in the Resolution Centre, within 180 days of the payment date to start the process of getting your money back.
