On 12/14/19 I ordered 3 catnip toys from DeYuChengMaoYi. The receipt #3629-4332-0307-0675. The invoice #c12213018132567.1 I would like to know when I might receive my order.
I also order cat nip fish toys from DeYuChengMaoYi but on 12/19/19. Invoice ID: c12244909195351.1 ~ no confirmation of the order or shipping info has been received from the vendor. Is PayPal able to inquire about the status of these orders?
UPDATE! I received the fish toys today. Almost 1 month after placing the order & not having received confirmation from the company, this was a pleasant surprise. They are very cute!
Same problem. Ordered 12/18/2019 and no response for anything. ID# is c12240172089431.1. PayPal it looks like enough people have had issues with the same thing. Are you all doing anything about it???
If you have paid for an item and not received it please go to the Resolution centre on your PayPal account and open a case. Once a case is opened we can investigate and look to get you a refund.
