I ordered item and i recieved wrong one (ordered quality of 60 dollar and got one that cost 4 dollars) so i opened dispute. And now seller wrote that i need to ship it back and he will make full refund. But i cant ship that item back from croatia to china because its too expensive.. so what can i do?
Unforatialy, it normally the case, that the item needs to be returned to the merchant to fulfill our Buyer Protection Program. In regard to the return shipping costs, if the merchant does not supply a return shipping label, you can avail or our reimbursement program explained here. The current program allows you to claim up to 220 Croatian Kuna 12 times a year.
