Hi, I hope someone would be able to advise me. My partner paid deposit for his villa in Marbella on PayPal via business payment option. As many other cases, the holiday is most likely not be happening in June. The company says he can’t get a refund and he can move his holiday to September however no one from the group can make the available dates. Do you think he would be able to claim a refund? If so how do we go about that? Many thanks in advance

Thanks for posting.
I encourage you to file a Dispute and escalate it to a Claim so PayPal can communicate directly to your seller.
- To file a Dispute - I didn't receive my item or it's different than described. Should I open a dispute?
- To escalate to a Claim - How do I escalate a dispute to a claim?
Please select "Item Not Received" since it was a service that didn't happen.
