I recently made a payment for shoes from a website called kixify and after I made the order it didn't appear on my order list and they was no progress or anything on it. So I sent them an email and they weren't replying then I checked whether people have had the same problem and I found out that it had happened to a lot of people now I'm trying to get my refund can someone help me please

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with this recent transaction. If you do not receive the item you purchased, I recommend opening up a case so PayPal can work on either getting your item sent out or getting your money back.

I emailed them and they told me it's on it's way so I'll just wait. If its not the right item I'll open the case. Thanks
