Dear Paypal/all members,
I filed a claim for refund from the seller which is involved in illegal trading activities. Because of my unfamiliarity with the user interface, the refund amount initially chose by me was not the one I intended to claim (should be 10 times more!!) when I filed the dispute. I immediately informed the officer and posted my request in the message box to the seller. At least officers have agreed to rectify the claim amount. See a snapshot as an example:

Today, paypal ruled the case in my favour but it refunded only the amount not correctly input by me, irrespective of the promises of several case officers.
Would paypal please help rectify?
What should I do? I am very upset.
Many thanks for your patience.
