Refund on items not shipped in over 45 days

Still awaiting part of my order from just now fashions 2 items totaling about 30 dollars from China, my order is paid in full order order of 460.00 USD. 2 items arent sent because they keep stalling with it has to be sent in bulk. Its over 45 days and i just want refund on the 2 items. What do I do?

You can open a dispute for item received but not as described ie insufficient items or items missing BUT if you have to escalate to a claim for Paypal to review and win then you would be expected to return everything you received back to the seller at your own expense before getting your refund of the original payment.

Paypal does not get involved in part returns or part refunds, that would be between you and the seller to sort out in the dispute stage of any claim.

Do not file a dispute for non receipt of items as you would lose if the seller could provide a tracking number to show you had a delivery from them to your house.

Thank you for your input. I guess should learn by now to see where company is a.k.a China before even browsing clothes at all. The clothes are sub standard and inadequate at best. Live learn. Again thank you for your input. I guess I wait for 2 items that may or may not ever show, and when and if I receive them will they fall apart quickly enough said. Thank you.
