Hi, I've issued a refund to a buyer due to an error in the listing. I did it almost straight away but he's now emailing me saying the payment I sent is "on hold" and effectively blaming me for it. I'm not sure how this is my fault and he is saying he will open a dispute case regarding it. Any input appreciated.
