I recently purchased something and I can no longer get the merchant to answer their. Umber is fake their url is fake and their tracking number they sent won't look up my item. When I go to open a dispute it says I have no recent purchase. I made a purchase and it was fraud .how do I get my money back i payed through PayPal and have a receipt but I did not pay on my account.
