I sold an item to someone and we agreed to do a half and half. He sent half the money, I shipped the item and he put on the PayPal he would pay the rest when the item was delivered. The item was delivered last Thursday. Now this person fails to return my calls or texts or emails. Is there anything I can do about this, or am I just **bleep**?
