Hi, I hope that someone can help us. We bought flights in Aug 18 for May 19 but were unable to go due to family ill health so paid nearly £200 in May 19 to move them to May 20. Ryanair cancelled these flights and five months later we have only received the £194.95 which we paid to move the flights. I have contacted Ryanair on many occasions but they say that Paypal declined the refund for £845 so I am now in a different queue and that's all they can tell me. I have now contacted Paypal who have told me to open a dispute, which I have just done and it as been immediately closed saying it's 'ineligible for Paypal's buyer protection!' Help! All I can think is that it's because it was paid for in Aug 18, but it's not my fault that Ryanair cancelled!
