Sir/Madam: Please help. Up to this time, though I already received an email from paypal that my refunded was done. But there was no balance of 149usd to my paypal account and no credit back to my debit card savings account ending <removed>. Can you please help me with this? May I know if where is my refund? Its been more than 2 months now. I have already filed a dispute complaint with my local bank which is Metrobank and it is still under investigation. I think the problem is with paypal. Hoping to hear from you soon. I need the money urgently. Thank you.
