Refund because of wrong items received

Hi, 

I ordered two storage racks and received two tiny foldable containers instead. I opened a dispute case in Paypal and went to the police as well. The seller proposes to send the refund if I send the two tiny foldable containers back (these two are seriously of a zero value). But the cost of the return shipment to China to what I believe is a fake address is higher than the price of my initial order. 

Can I please talk to any paypal support agent - someone who can sort this out? My dispute case in Paypal is now on the level where I need to introduce the return shipment tracking number, but I do not want to pay again for someone's stupidity or even more - someone's fraud intentions and behaviour!!!

In the event of a dispute you choose your seller and not Paypal so you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you go ahead and buy from that seller / country.

Paypal state this >>
IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal Buyer Protection does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
