Hello, A few weeks ago I made a purchase via paypal and checked out as a guest, fast-forward to now I have yet to receive any form of confirmation that my order is ready to be shipped, at this point I m done waiting and I'd like a refund. However I have never done a claim, let alone a dispute, so if someone, please, could enlighten me as to what steps must be done in order to correctly claim my money back I would be forever grateful.
