I was curious if this has ever happened to someone before. I purchased an item for approx $500.00 and of course used PayPal to pay for it. After a month of not receiving the item and no return emails, I decided to file a resolution/dispute today. As soon as I hit the send button within 5 minutes the company sent me an email cancelling my order. There was no mention of a refund or anything. What should I do??

Then add all the information into the dispute and escalate to a claim?
Advice is voluntary.

After I wrote this post that is exactly what I did. I then followed up with a call to PayPal's customer service and they were awesome!! I can't express enough to EVERYONE I meet..... if you are buying online USE PAY PAL 🙂
