Anyone have a solution to the issue where a case that is in progress simply disappears?
Opened a case a few weeks back and I've been messaging with PayPal reps. I get some weird emails with the strapline something like 'You can respond anytime...'
Well, having received an email requesting that the supply information via the resolution centre I logged in to find that the case is not listed.
One thing that has changed - although a few weeks back - is my email. I told PayPal of this in the messaging that has been shared.
Talking about the messaging - this morning when attempting to access the case - I launched the messaging. I was part of the transcript that has been shared with PayPal - then that disappeared! Then an error message popped up stating something like 'Messaging is unavailable at this time...' so a number of things are screwy right now!
As it seems that the methods for contacting PayPal have failed what's the best route for alerting PayPal of my concerns and issues please?
