What will happen if the seller does not respond to the case i opened within 30 days, will i get my money back or nothing.

Make sure you have escalated to a claim, if paypal find in your favour you would get a refund regardless of the seller responding BUT if its a dispute for item received but not as described then you may NOT have to return an item back to the seller first if the seller was non responsive.
