On my account I have a charge to a LITIAN Ebay NJ for 19.68 -- for the life of me I cannot remember buying anything on the supposed date January 25. How can I get Paypal to respond because the electronic prompts don't fit my problem.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
