Backstory:
I was issued a payment reversal in my favor (as the buyer). The funds have been credited back to me and placed back on my credit card. I received an email stating the case had been closed it my favor.
Question:
I logged into Paypal and it still says the case is "open" in the resolution center. I clicked on the case details and it states that they are waiting from a response from the seller. What information are they waiting for and can a reversal be re-reversed? It says I will get an update by 01/12.
