Me and a merchant had a transaction that consisted of $105 euro, and It got converted through PayPal from USD.
The digital goods that was given to me, were no good & I were pretty much getting scammed from said seller, and was told pretty much that I was SOL in the moment.
So shortly after, I contacted PayPal support & reported it as unauthorized purchase. They denied that it was so, and at this point I felt I was really out of my money but after PayPal's response I contacted the owner of this Discord server that I am in, who has great power, and he got in contact with the guy for me and everything is being settled atm and he is attempting to refund me now but having issues.
Normally it is easy to issue a refund, but in our situation, since I contacted support, he's having issues. Is the only way to issue a refund now, for him to contact support and say so?
Cause we are not finding the option any longer, the normal way.
