I purchased a lightsaber from an Instagram ad, so watch out people they now promote on Instagram. It was only 2 days ago but it was such a low price I just wanted to check. On seeing these comments I now understand why it was $30 down from $99.
I have contacted the seller and asked them to cancel my request, but if anyone can help I would appreciate it. I’ve checked and apparently PP won't do anything, which I thought was strange because I've always been told PP is the most protected way of sending money and they can refund you if sellers are operating illegally etc.

Paypal buyer protection covers you for:
1. non receipt of item.
2. item 'received' but not as described.
3. unauthorised charges.
That protection can never be a 100% coverall so its always best to read up on it first and then risk assess your own transactions.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
