Do i did a purchase from wowm.com , it was a €108 , the goods never came . when i payed it took me to paypal pay as a guest , i have the recept number bur as i payed as a guest i cannot find the transection in my paypal

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
