Anyone else having trouble with paypal caring about your disputes?
Recently i ordered hosting from a company advertising "instant access". After 50 hours of waiting, i canceled it, went to paypal, canceled the re-occurring, and opened a dispute. While waiting, i found a real Hosting service and got setup properly.
5 days later.. my dispute disappears.. i get an email from the "instant access" host stating my service is now activated!??
Obviously this irritated me greatly. so i emailed support at paypal, the reply was "we cant find your dispute case". So i've filed another one, and no reply from paypal. Seems like they are simply supporting this shady group that got me on false advertising. I'm about ready to quit paypal after years of membership. It gets harder and hard to receive good customer service.
