Problem with my account

Hi,

Whenever, i try to send or request money , it keeps showing the same notification - "There's a problem with your account. Please visit our Help Centre so we can help you resolve this quickly."

I dropped a message to them and don't see anything in resolution centre.

Can anyone help me out?
