I believe that someone was trying to scam me. I sold a phone on an online site, received payment and got numerous texts to find out if the phone had been shipped. By accident I found out that the payment had been put on hold in a dispute as an unauthorised transaction. So i refunded the customer fully, understanding that my paypal fee would also be refunded. But it doesn't look like that fee was returned. My question is in a dispute resolution where the buyer is refunded, is the Paypal fee refunded to the seller?
