Before 3-4 years i think, someone stole my credit card which i used in paypal. That's it. Since that Paypal blocked my account and i can't use it. I send them mails and everything and they did nothing!!! This is so annoying! It is not my fault that someone stole me! I don't get it. I don't know where to find a solution to this!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
