Possible scam, payment pending, can't cancel

I've just fallen for a scam and paid for airline tickets from a dodgy site. Yes I know, I've been stupid and I'm beating myself up for it.

The payment is showing as pending on my PayPal account but I can't see any option to cancel it. 

I'd be so very grateful for any advice. Many thanks.
