Please help😢

I placed an order in September and my purchase has never arrived. I raised it with PayPal and a few chats went backwards and forwards but nothing was resolved. I think it was a scam from China. Yesterday PayPal said they weren’t upholding my claim because I had t given them any documents. They never asked for any but as the buyer I obviously don’t have any either. The case is now closed. How is this fair? Is PayPal a scam too?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did the seller provide tracking?
