My account was permanently limited. Friday I received email saying that I'm eligible to withdraw money. I still haven't received it. What can I do?

You have to manually withdraw the money to receive it. Did you mean you withdrew the money successfully and it has not arrived yet? It is the weekend, check your bank account tomorrow. Bank transfers can take 1-3 days, 3-5 days if counting the weekend.
