Phishing email that looks legit

Last year I got a rash of definite phishing emails and would forward them to spoof@paypal.com.

I just got one today that actually looks legitimate but it’s sent to another email address I have (not registered with PP). It says I just authorized a payment of $739.99 to a company I’ve never heard of. It also said if I didn’t authorize to call PP’s resolution center. The number is not toll free and isn’t the number on PP’s site.
I know it’s probably fake but it still is worrisome. I tried calling PP but wait time was wayyy long. Should I be worried and should I just forward it to spoof@paypal?
