Permanently Deleting My Account

so i made my account when i was very young and naive, i used a fake name because paypal didn’t have such terms where you have to use your real name back then. so now, my account is limited and i can’t do anything about it. i even unlinked my card and it still wouldn’t delete it. when i tried to sign up using the same card, it said that the card is already linked to a previous account.

That account is useless to you and you can do nothing with it.

You need to ask customer services if they will allow you to open another paypal account and remove the card from your old account for you.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
