Several fraudulent transactions were posted to my PayPal account about 3am EST. Apparently you cannot dispute, cancel, terminate, etc. these? No response from PayPal. The debit card has $0 on it but is linked to my bank account. I unlinked the account but PP says "existing transactions will be processed".
I contacted my bank and put a stop pay on ANYTHING from PayPal.
I don't use PP much but this is maddening. Is there any way to cancel these pending transactions or get in contact with a human being at PayPal?
