My account has been limited, and now its in 180days old (June 13,2021). As the rules of permanently limited account you have to wait 180days before you can get your money. But its sad that I found out today that paypal stole all my balance on June 4, 2021 without my permission, no email. How can I get my money back? It's a big money and I want it back.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Is there any solution to revert back what they confiscated? They banned me and hold my money for 180days, then before it reach 180days they confiscate it? I read their AUP before creating account, and I fully understand it. But suddenly after accepting payment from my customer they banned my account. Well, all I want is to get back the money they take. I don't recommend using paypal.
