Paypal should make new rule when they are well known for scamming people and stop letting them scam.

I just got scammed by goldicq website rescently and I searched around the Community and the Google.

Paypal is letting Goldicq take all those money get scammed just because they have your ip address?

I trusted Paypal and realied on it, since paypal always came with good result I am very dissapointed that paypal can't even protect the user anymore.

This website was scamming people for past few years and Paypal still can't do anything to help the users.
