My friend has a paypal account with 140$ in it. There is no card or bank set up and when he went to go do that paypal “couldn’t verify that it was him”, he sent his passport and has done all the steps to login and it still isn’t working. So pretty much 140$ is stuck in paypal with no way to get it out.
