Anyone else having issues with the online chat for customer service ? I had to create a claim early last month ( april) due to a seller not sending me any product i ordered and stealing my money. Claim advised it would have to wait 20 days for seller response instead of the normal 10 because of this COVID19 which i already thought was ridiculous. No messages have been received to the claim from the seller at all. I messaged the PayPal customer chat at 8 am EST this morning and still have yet to receive any response 5 hours later. Calling their number does do any good either. Please help as iM out several hundreds of dollars for no reason
