I thought I was buying a product from the uk but have been scammed by company in China. I thought I was covered with this sort of thing when purchasing though pp. I opened a case, and they eventually rejected my case. I have not been able to find out how to continue this fight with paypal. There is no way of following up a complaint unless someone can advise me other wise. Very angry with paypal.
To appeal a case or follow with additional information on a case contact customer service via chat in message center. Their phone doesn't seem to work.
