Paypal forbids me to use my money, it's been more than 8 months

Hello Paypal Community,
If a human banker treated me like this I'd believe he is insane;
I have to conclude we are facing automated programs that don't care.
more than 8 months with a warning for limitation... (could be 10 months)
It went off after one of my complaints...
then came back, yet i had limited usage...
Finally i was requested to send some credentials...
Of course i did...
Total silence on Paypal's side.
My account is based on solid information, connected to the biggest French Bank account.
I offered any proof of ID or address with the best fool proof e-documents straight from the official local agencies.
Never had any trouble with a customer or a purchase.
Please, someone tell me how me get a human help from Paypal to unlock my account?
(In case you know that human help is not available please show me a way around it, like subscribing to a special service?)

- I have added my debit card already to other PayPal account. But I cant access it. in My Account Archives
- Refunds cancelled and not received! in Payments Archives
- Payment Pending but Shouldn't Be in My Money Archives
- missing bank transfer in My Money Archives
- Unable to withdraw funds in Disputes and Limitations Archives
