How do I withdraw the funds that have left in the closed account? The Paypal closed my account permamanently without giving any reason. I think I have rights to own my own money. When bank is closing the client account for any reason they offer the withrawal before closing the account permamently. I tried to withdraw the funds without any success. I got the error message saying to contact PayPal if the issues continue.
