This is what happened: my PayPal balance was positive (around $300). It was not zero. I transferred that 300 to my bank account. The money arrived in my account. A few days later I get a message saying my balance is negative and to add to it.
I don't see how this is fair when it was clearly positive before I transferred, I wouldn't have transferred any money if the balance was zero. I filed a dispute on the transaction and it was denied. Is there any way to go through my history or prove that my account was positive before I made the transfer to my account?
Please help.

Hi @withdrawalissue,
It sounds like the negative balance could be due to a previous failed bank transfer for a payment you sent or dispute/claim filed against a payment you received. I recommend contacting our Customer Support to confirm where the negative balance came from and to confirm what options we have to clear it.
I hope this gets resolved for you quickly!
