Really frustrating and frightening scenario I am facing. I was refunded from a auto-renew after reaching out to a company's customer service after I mentioned I didn't want the service. The company refunded the money, and it is showing as a refund in paypal and my balance did not show a purchase amount. I checked my bank, and it appears that Paypal has just tried to authorize my bank for the amount of the auto renew despite the refund being issued. This is a frustrating scenario for me because it will make my bank account severly overdrawn, although the transaction has not cleared as of post date.
How can I remedy this with paypal? So frustrating.
