I received a mail from Paypal as below :-
We received the claim(s) you filed on 8 April 2021.
We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). Cases must be filed within 180 days from the date of the transaction. The decision to deny was made because the case was submitted after the 180-day deadline. Therefore, we are unable to offer a resolution toward this matter at this time.
Case Details is a below -:
Dispute Case ID: PP-D-108823819
Transaction Amount: 31,24 USD
Dispute Amount: 27,00 USD
Transaction ID: <removed>
Transaction Date: 3 December 2020
Transaction Date is 3rd December 2020. Claim Filed date is 8th April 2021.
From 3rd Dec 2020 to 8th April 2021 Day = 126 days. Why is my claim denied by saying ,"The decision to deny was made because the case was submitted after the 180-day deadline."
Can someone please reply to me?
