Paypal allowed a scammer to return an item 2 months after delivery
I tried to explain that I have proof that he received the item in working condition since the scammer had the audacity of listing the item on eBay
but they don't answer emails or phone and issued a full refund for a person who received a functional item used it for 2 month then got a full refund because he made a false claim that its broken
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
frankly PayPal is the biggest scam of all time
AVOID AT ALL COSTS using their services
